We will arrange an inspection within
three days of you calling us.
An inspector will call out to your home anywhere in Leinster. (For inspections outside Leinster please contact us for details)
We offer inspections seven days a week.
The inspector will carry out a detailed inspection using a 200-point
snag list.
The inspector will also take photographs of anything that is
mentioned on the list.
You will then receive a detailed report with photographs within
48 hours.

We will also send a copy of the report
and photographs to the property developer.
We will then give all the advice we can on helping you resolve
the snag list.
Once the property developer says they have fixed everything
on the snag list, the inspector will then re-visit your home
to check that everything on the snag list has been resolved and
to make sure that no other snags have appeared.

Summary
Inspections within 3 days of contacting us (nationwide).
We offer inspections 6 days a week.
We answer all emails the same day.
Our phones are answered between 8 in the morning and 7 at night.
We issue our 200-point snag lists including photographs within
48 hours of the inspection by post and email.
We also do the all-important follow up visit to make sure everything
has been fixed and that no other problems have occurred.
