Once payment has been made by credit card you will then receive a confirmation email and on-line receipt. A member of our team will call you to confirm and exact date and time of the inspection.

What is included in the price?

The price includes VAT

An inspector will call out to your home anywhere in Ireland.

The inspector will carry out a detailed inspection using a 200-point check list.

The inspector will also take photographs of anything that is mentioned on the list.

You will receive a detailed report with photographs within 48 hours.

The inspector will then re-visit your home to check that everything on the snag list has been resolved and to make sure that no other snags have appeared.
